The Rafale awards ceremony was held during the Paris Air Show. Éric Trappier, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dassault Aviation, was on hand to award the prizes. These awards recognize officers and non-commissioned officers (tactical officers, pilots, navigators, mechanics, etc.) from the French Air and Space Force, and the French Navy, who have distinguished themselves in external operations during their different missions.

On Wednesday, June 18, during the Paris Air Show, Major General François-Xavier Poisbeau, General Secretary of the French National Guard, and Valérie Guillemet, Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Dassault Aviation, signed a new reserve support agreement. Under this agreement, Dassault Aviation gives its employees the opportunity to carry out 20 days of reserve activity each year, with continued remuneration.
